inserting pictures

I am having trouble viewing pictures that I have inserted
into my documents before sending. The receiver cannot view
these either. I have already checked that my options are
set correctly to send pictures and attachments. What else
can I do to fix this?

Some questions for you: Are you attaching these pictures to your
messages or are you embedding them into the message body? What format
are you sending the messages in -- Rich Text, HTML, or Plain Text? Are
the recipients using Outlook also, or some other program (including
Outlook Express)?
