inserting printout - failure message

I always get a message that the printout failed and I need to check the file
or obtain a program capable of opening and printing it. Not true as all my
MSOFFICE and ADOBE files print well everywhere but OneNote and I have the
same program on my other computer with no problem. Ideas?
