Inserting "Publish" fields in Project Pofessional

Hi,
I inserted the "Publish" field in a test plan on server and set the field to
"No" on two tasks and to "Yes" on two tasks. I saved the plan, then published
the plan. All Tasks show up in Project Details on PWA. Any suggestions?
