Inserting repeating section

When I insert a new repeating section, the cursor jumps up to the previous
control rather than in the new section awaiting input. This makes the form
harder to use - is there a fix?

Hello

What version of Infopath are you using and what are the controls you have in
the repeating section.
I have tried your scenario and it works fine for me. The cusrsor is still in
the control of the section I inserted.

 

[p_wills]

I have a repeating table just above the repeating section which displays a
summary of the call reports entered (i.e. it binds to the same data). The
cursor jumps to that table.
