inserting rows in spreadsheet

When I try to insert a row I get the response "Cannot shift objects off
sheet". How do I correct this error so that rows can be inserted?

Hi,

This means that there is something near the bottom of your spreadsheet and
when you try to insert some rows Excel doesn't know where to push those
things. Select all the row number from the last one with data you want, down
to the end of the worksheet (row 65536 or 1048376) and press Ctrl+- (control
minus). Save the file and try the insert rows command again.
