I am having problems on five new HP computers with the normal procedure for
capturing and pasting screen prints. We have Office-XP (premium version)
installed on a Windows-XP Professional, operating system.
On all other computers in our facility, we can open a program in a window
and while the window is active, click ALT-Print SCRN. We then simply open
the word document we are working in and right click the page, then click on
"paste." When doing this on these machines, all is grayed out.
I have researched every relevant article on the Knowledgebase and found no
resolution for this problem. All of the windows and office settings are in
accordance with all articles and yet we cannot get anything to paste with
the "ALT-Print SCRN" key combination. We can't even get anything to paste
into the Paint program.
If someone knows how to resolve this dilemma, please feel free to contact me
