I think it has been commonly thought that email "signatures" as we know them
are not directly supported by the Outlook Word Editor. You have to use
AutoText to pseudo have them. I just recently found out how to access the
real Email Signatures using the Word Editor.
---> Make sure you have the Options button showing on the Outlook Toolbar,
in the editor. Then click on the down arrow to the right of it. In the
dropdown you will see "E-mail Signature.", and when you click on it you
actually see the same dialog you see in the basic Outlook Editor for
creating, assigning, and editing Email Signatures.
Weird that it is not better documented but it does exist. Hope that
