Inserting Symbols

Every time I clink on to insert a symbol Word shuts down
and then starts back up again. I can never get to the
actual symbols. What am I doing wrong?

This could indicate a problem with your printer driver. Try deleting and
reinstalling the printer, preferably using an updated driver from the
manufacturer's Web site.
