Inserting tracks from iTunes

How do you insert tracks from an iTune library into one or another
Powerpopnt slide (OS-X and Office Vx) ?? I need help bad.

1. Open iTunes.

2. Choose the Library from where you want the sound - select it and choose
Advanced | Convert Selection to MP3.

3. Insert the MP3 within PowerPoint using Insert | Movies & Sounds | Sound
From File... in PowerPoint:mac 'X' or 2004.
