Inserting Video into a page

Hi,

I am an old developer who is new to FrontPage 2002 and
the web. When I inserted a mpeg-1 into the page and then
looked at it in Preview mode it remained as the small
box, even when I clicked on it and would not play.
However I can play it direct using WindowMediaPlayer and
that works OK. ???

Thanks for any help!! Also where can I go to get short
free downloadable trailers or movies of I guess avi type,
if that is what FP requires.
