I am planning a training and want to utilize a power point presentation to refer to different website pages - how do I do this?

Do you need to interact with the Web site? If so, the easiest thing to do
is to link to the Web site with a hyperlink. If not, the easiest thing to
do is to take screen shots of what you need using Grab and insert those
into the PowerPoint. There is an add-in (http://skp.mvps.org/liveweb.htm)
for Windows that lets you run Web pages within PowerPoint, but I don't
think it is available for the Mac.

If you have an internet connection available and don't mind jumping outside the
presentation to the web site, you can simply insert a hyperlink.

If you aren't sure there'll be a connection, you might be able to find an application
that downloads entire web sites (or at least the pages you need) to your local hard
drive; you could then link to them there. If it's just a page or two, try saving the
page(s) from your browser to the local HDD and link to there from PPT.

If you need to keep the web page within the confines of your PPT slides, you can do it
in PC PowerPoint with Shyam Pillai's Live Web add-in (free). I don't know of any
comparable add-in for Mac PPT though.
