inserting .wma file into ppt presentation

How do I INSERT a video done on my digital camera (.wma)
into PPT? I keep getting error messages and I've tried
the help by going through the Windows Media Player as
well. Nothing works. Any suggestions? I"ll reward you
if you can help me!
