Inserting .WMV file into PPT

I tried inserting .wmv file into PPT 2007, but nothing is showing when I play
the slide show.

any suggestions?

WMV files are linked. Good idea to put the wmv file into the same folder as
your presentation just in case the path length is to long.

the files are linked correctly and they are in the same folder. I have two
..wmv files in the ppt but they are on different slides.

the same file has worked in PPT 2003 before, but not in PPT 2007.....

ah!!!!....
