while I'm typing on a document and type the word "dia"
and press the space bar automatically appears another
document written and saved in another folder.
Thanks for your help.

An IncludeText field has evidently been made into an AutoCorrect entry. Go
to Tools | AutoCorrect, find the entry (under "dia") and remove it.
