Inside of Office, When I try to save or save as it keeps freezing

I have Office 2003, XPSP2 all upgrades have been run. No rogue connected
network drives. Yet everytime I try a save or save as it freezes. Anyone with
any suggestions aside from rebuilding the computer

It's likely caused by a conflict between a Windows Update and some
software from HP on your PC. Today's Windows Update should correct the
issue.
