Instability of connection to Project Server

Hi all
After working in Project Professional connected successfully to Project
Server, sometimes when I have to access some server resource (save, publish
some project) it cannot connect to SQLServer showing the connection window of
SQLServer (with MSProjectUser user filled in).
It happens all the time and sometimes, without changing nothing, it connects
again and I can work.
I can verify that SQLServer is running when it cannot connect (as I'm the
administrator and have terminal server installed at the server).
In the Project Professional, I have SQL2005 installed (but I have disabled
all of their services).
Is there any incompatibilites kwown with other softwares (like antivirus)?

Marcos:

This is more likely caused by network issues than anything else. You should
also note that SQL 2005 is not supported by Microsoft for use with Project
Server 2003.
