Install Access 2002 Upgrade

I have both Access 97 and 2000 CDs.
Question:
If I purchase the Access 2002 Upgrade CD can I load it on
a machine with no Access installed? When it can't find a
registered copy, can I just insert one of the other CDs?

I just want 2002 on this test machine and no other
conflicting versions.

That has worked with prior versions, so it will likely work in this version.
