Install Access 2003 upgrade to MS Office 2003 Small Business Editi

I want to install the Access 2003 (upgrade version) ro MS Office 2003 Samll
Business Edition. While installation, the computer always says I don't have
the previous version of MS Office 2000 or xp. What should I do now? Please
advise.
