extremely frustrated
Bought computer running XP from Dell with MS Office 2003 For Small Business.
Now need Access. Bought Access 2003 Upgrade from local store.
When I try to install Access, I get an error Message that says it cannot
find Office. If I select the drive, the system just hangs up. I retry, this
time putting the Office CD into the drive when it asks for it. Same thing.
The computer just hangs up. (In crtl alt delete the message says "not
responding".)
I have installed all the latest MS system updates and Office updates. I
uninstalled and re-installed Office.
Any suggestions?
