Install Access 2007 if using Office 2003?

I bought a Dell in January 2007 which has Office 2003 but does not include
Access. I would like to buy Access and it seems only the 2007 version is
available. Are there any known incompatibility issues with installing Access
2007 on a system with MS Office 2003?

So.... as I'm in the UK and cannot get the Access 2003 shipped to me from
the US and can't seem to find a copy of it ANYWHERE in the UK .... Can
Access 2007 be installed alongside Office Small Business Edition 2003 on XP
SP2 with no worries?

Secondly, is there any compatability problem regarding Mail Merging with
Word 2003 from Access 2007 ?
