Install Access 97 in Vista problem

I am trying to install Access 97 (and data access components) from Office 97
Pro (Sp2).

After setup copies files, I get an error popup:

Object ID11005: RegOleAu CAH:
OleDllRegisterServer Call Failed

I have:
renamed the Hatten.ttf file
turned off UAC
Run Setup as administrator
Run in Win2K Compatibility mode
tried running from a copy of the CD on C: ( allowed me to set all exe items
in root directory to run as administrator and with Win 2K compatibility)

I have Office 2007 installed in Vista Home Basic.

I have found this error posted in a few other newsgroups, but no solution
was offered.

After setting up, have you set your MSAccess.exe file to run as Admin also.
That is required for Access (all versions) to run properly.

Setup does not complete. It copies files, but cannot do the registration
step of the install.
