Install activeX control from office update installation engine

In the office update installation window, I am asked if I see the Internet
Explorer's info bar. The answer is yes and I am instructed to right click on
the info bar and select Install ActiveX control. When I do this I do not see
this option no matter where I right click. Any suggestions?
