Install add-in with user defined functions

Hi,

Looking for an easy way to make user defined functions available for
any mdb to open in Access 2003.
I thought: create and mda, write VBA code and use Tools - Add-in
Manager. That doesn't work because of a USysRegInfo table ...?
Do I realy have to go through that ' misery' or is a simpler way?
