Install additional features after initial install problem

I have installed office 2007 enterprise over a trial of office 2007
professional. When I try to run setup again, even with the install disc in my
optical drive, setup refuses to run with the message "Setup cannot continue
because a required file is either corrupted or not available. Run setup again
from the original source disc or download location."

How do I make setup run again?

Try dumping the trial version first.

None of the installers will run, either for enterprise or the trial version.

see if this helps to enable you to uninstal the retail edition

Then if successfully uninstalled, uninstall the trial.

If you search the groups you will find details of how to manually uninstall
the trial
