Install an expired account

Hi, I have a user who received a new computer and did not copy her .grv file
before the old computer was taken. This user has not been on Groove in over
60 days so her backup copy is not available. How would I go about activating
her account on the new computer? Thanks for the help.

Groove has it's own group, you may want to ask there.
