install BCM: business tool is missing

I reinstall BCM but no change: business tool is always missing! so I can't
perform tasks. what can I do?

Are you using ActiveSync by any chance?
If yes, Unplug your USB cble to your device that uses AcitveSync.
Reboot your PC and it should show up. Then you can plug your USB cable
back in.

Thanks for your answer, but unfortunately, I don't use activesync!As I use a
wireless mouse and numpad on my laptop, I just uninstall them and reboot
I re-install BCM, but no change! In outlook, I have the "professionnal
contacts", but the business tool is still missing, so I can't work properly...
If, by chance, you have another idea, please help me! I didn't find any
soluce on "microsoft"!

Yes, that is my question.

Go to Control Panels (with Outlook closed) and double click the Mail icon.
Click the Data Files button, and see if you can add a new BCM data file.
