Install.exe does'nt found office1.cab on Office XP CD

An error message occured when i try to install Office XP
from its CD. File office1.cab is not found whereas i'm
logged as administrator. In addition, i have explored the
CD and office1.cab IS on the CD !!!
Could someone help me ?
