Install Infopath: Help

There is some serious problem with my pc, so i have to format it.
So i have to uninstall MS Office from my machine
I am having registered MS Infopath on my machine.
I want to retain my liscence for MS Office.
Does uninstalling automatically retains the liscense?
If not, then how can i retain it?
Because after formatting i want to get it installed again, and i don't want
to loose one liscence in this process.
