I'm using Exchange 2003 SP2 with 200 users on Outlook 2003. Occasionally
users get the following popup message when they click on certain email.
"To display language character correctly you need to install the following
language pack: japanese"
It is always the "Japanese" pack mentioned, and the person that the email is
from has no known connection to anything Japanese. The user has a choice to
select "never install any language packs". But the users are not happy seeing
this message in the first place, since it does not make since given the
particular email they are clicking on.
Any help on this?
