Install Media Content CD to Original Installation

S

shinermanh

I just recently installed the Media Content CD using
Install Now to 25 classroom computers. I want to run the
clips from the computers--not the CD, and I can't do this.
I have a valid license.

I read KB 307842 How to Chain a Media Content CD
Installation to a Core Office XP Installation, but I don't
understand how to do the first two steps:
1. Copy the CD to the Office XP administrative
installation point. Where is this point?
2. Start the Setup INI Customization Wizard. How do I
start this?

OR, Is there an easier way to get accomplish this?

1. You create the admin point on your server.
2. You need the Office Resource kit for your version - it has all of the
instructions you need to run an administrative installation of the software.

I don't have a server. These are 25 standalone
installations. What is the Office Resource kit?

Then you will have to do local installations to each machine. If you do not
have a server, the KB article is of no use to you, nor is the Office
Resource Kit.
