Install MS Office 2000 on XP Professional

Hi! I recently installed Windows XP professional on my
computer. I tried to install MS Office 2000 next but it
says
Error 1305. Error reading from file:
PFILES\MSOFFICE\OFFICE\AW.DLL. Verify that the file
exists and that you can access it.

I checked that folder location and the file is there.

What can I do next?
