install MSGraph.exe from command prompt

Is it possible to load/install msgraph.exe from a comannd prompt for
installations that this feature was set to install on first use? We have
some workstations where the .mst had this feature set to install on first
use. Because we created this file using an unpatched version of the ORK for
office 2003, we can't use a cmw file to make this change. I worked with
Microsoft on this and they determined that the files needed to be recreated.
This is ok for any new workstations but we have over 4,000 of them setup with
the original files. We've got an access application that won't run if
msgraph has not been installed on the computer before the application starts.
Instead of having to reinstall office 2003 with the new files on all these
workstations, we are looking for a way to do this. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
