Install MSOffice 2003 over the previews version

I just bought the MSOffice 2003, but before installing in my computer, I want to know if I will loose all of my contacts of email in my outlook??? Will I keep in the same order and in their folders that they are now??? Is it possible to install 2003 over the previews version???? Do I have to Un install the other version first???? Or just go ahead and intall????

Upgrading does nothing to your data - install over the current version and
your data will be in the same place as before. Outlook will use your
current data file.
