Install new alnguages into word dictionary

Hi
I live in Norway and had to use the norwegian version of office 2003 since I
also wanted to use norwegian dictionary.

Today I have to purchase the english version of Office 2003 since the
f...... norwegian translators have translated the f...... excel formulas as
well, thus if you make an excel document with formulas in the norwegian
version, it wont f...... work in the english version without massive
rewriting of all formulas.

But if installing english ofice I have no norwegian dictionary. Question is,
how can I install norwegian dictionary/spellcheck into english office.
