install new version of office

I have installed on my computer Microsoft Office 2003 Professional and
Microsoft Office Accounting 2007 and Microsoft Office Small Business
Accounting 2006. I have just downloaded Microsoft Office 2007 and Outlook
2007 with business features. What must I do to install the new software?
Would I need to uninstall all of the old software first?

Depends whether Office 2007 is a trial or the retail edition
(Download implies a trial, from the internet location)

I believe it is a retail. I paid with credit card and I have a backup copy
being sent to me by mail. With the download, I was given a license number
with which to activate the product. Nothing in the documentation told me it
was a trial version. Is there a way of telling other than starting the
installation process?
