Starting Visio 2000 after a fresh install on ME, I get the following:
1. It loads 100% of the directory cache.
2. Offers me to start with a blank file or open an existing file. I cancel
this.
3. Then get splash box that says:
. Visio Can't open the End User License Agreement.
. Visio cannot install the necessary files due to Windows installer error
1605.
. This action is onbly valid for products that are currently installed.
4. Get another splahs box that says:
. Visio32 has caused an error in MSO9.DLL
5. Visio exits to the desktop and get another splash box that says:
. Visio 32 has caused an error in MSVBVM60.DLL
A. I cannot file any file named MSO9.DLL or MS09.DLL on my system.
MSVBVM60.DLL is in \Windows\System\.
B. At step 2, duriing another try, I loaded up a vsd file that I previously
had and it loaded fine. But then steps 3-5 kicked in and out the door.
Any suggestions? Thanks...jce
