Install Office 2003 on 2nd computer

We are small nonprofit and have Office 2002 on one computer and 2003 on the
other. Can we use 2003 CD to upgrade the 2002?

Microsoft Office 2003 Editions is NEWER than Microsoft Office XP (2002).

This means that Microsoft Office 2003 Editions is NOT a qualifying product for the Microsoft Office XP (2002)
upgrade version as that would be considered a downgrade.

I worded my question wrong , judging by first reply. Does Microsoft allow
Office 2003 to be installed on two comuters in same organization ( a small
nonprofit) or is it a single use license?<
