Install Office 2003 upgrade in Vista PC

Cannot install this upgrade on new pc with Vista ... asking for but no longer
have Office 2000 program and my XP programs were factory installed on old
machines. There has to be a solution other than purchasing new Office 2007.

Thank you

If you do not have a qualifying Office CD, then the
upgrade version of Office 2007 cannot be installed.
You'll need to purchase a "Full Version" license for
Office 2007.

An upgrade requires a qualifying application;, if you havent got one you
cannot use the upgrade cd.
You could allways I guess buy a qualifying application
