I'm not sure what end result you're trying to
achieve is. If you're looking to use the server
software as a single user support, you should be
able to run Setup from the CD. If you're trying
to create an Office admin point for Office 97
to use to install Office user clients then the
Tools and information in the Office 97 Resource Kit
may be helpful to you.
