Install office on new harddrive

V

vtraudt

I installed a new harddrive, reinstalled MS Windows XP
and now installed Office XP 2002. When asked to activate,
I was told this product had been registered on a
different machine (which is correct, if the old harrdrive
is meant). I will use the old drive as a data drive, but
still have everything on there. Can I use the info on the
old drive to bypass the registration error, or do I need
ot call customer service?

You'll need to call customer service.
