Install Office XP Pro on Windows XP Pro

I am trying to install Office XP Professional on Windows
XP Professional. When I put the CD in the drive, I get a
message that states
Microsoft Office Setup Bootstrapper has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience

I have tried copying the setup file to my harddrive and
running it from there and I get the same error...

Any suggestions??
