Install on PC & LAPTOP

I have installed Office XP on my laptop and now want to
put it on my PC.

I understand that I do not require a further licence but
I do not have any qualifying products installed on the
PC - it came with Works preloaded from Dell.

Any suggestions please!

So it's a retail upgrade then is it? If you don't have a qualifying product
(and Works no longer qualifies) then you'll have to find one ( retail 97 or
2000) or, obviously, you can't install it.
