Install outlook as administrator with user password

We have been tasked to migrate users to outlook overnight without knowing or
changing their Active Directory passwords. How can we do this as
administrators? This is a new exchange install after being a notes shop for
years

Outlook is profile specific. The only way I know of is to have the user login
or reset their passwords. We just went through an exchange migration and I
used a utility to change all user passwords to the same password I then setup
their Outlook and reset their passwords again selecting the option that they
must change their password upon login.
