Install problem

I installed Outlook 2oo2 on my computer from a disc that
came with a PDA I purchased. I installed and activated
the software. Everey so often, I have to reinsatll "a
feature" from the original disc or Outlook quits on me.
How do I get this to stop?

I click on the "activate prouduct" command, and it
says "product already activated." I also tried
add/repairing the software, to no avail.

What can I do?
