Install Project Data Service Extender with Project 2003

Hi,
I'm using Project 2003 and pds, I wrote one pds extender,
but I can't install it.
I try:
regsvr32 myextender.dll
and
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\11.0\MS
Project\WebClient Server\ProjectServer]
PDSExtension1="myextender.CMain"


Any idea?
