Install Project Server 2007 after WSS 3.0

Dear all, I think that is possible just because normally is installed after
the installation of wss 3.0, anyway... If I install Sharepoint Services 3.0
and after that I want to add project server 2007 on top is it possible or I
have to do that only togheter? thanks.

I had a problem when I installed WSS 3.0 and then tried to install Project
Server
2007 onto the same machine. I was trying to install all the services on the
same
machine for evaluation (Project Server, Project Portfolio Server, SQL, SQL
Reporting Services). I followed the Portfolio Server deployment guide where it
said I needed to have WSS 3.0 for a pre-requisite, so I install it. But when
I went
to install Project Server it doesn't show the Basic / Advanced screen after
the
Terms & Conditions, instead it shows the screen for Complete, Web Front End,
Stand-alone, but the Complete and Web Front End options were greyed out.
I had to uninstall WSS 3.0 before it produced the options to allow me to
choose
the Complete installation. Hope this helps.
