I have a user who currently runs Office 2000 and wants to
upgrade to Office 2002. How can I install 2002 keeping
the settings created in 2000( specifically Outlook
settings) Help

I'm fairly certain that your new installation retains the
settings you currently have, provided you install the new
office over the old one. Just keep your old office and
install the new one over the top of it.
