Install starts every time I start Access

After a breakdown I have uninstalled Office. I hav now reinstalled full
package and done Office update complete with ex. SP2. Now when i start Access
the installation starts, configure installation, and then Access starts up
automaticly. I can now use my databases. How do I avoid the installation
process every time I start. My product is registred - i do not have to do et
after reinstall.

Windows XP SP2 and Office Prof. 2003 SP2
