"Install to" not available

Hi,
this is probably a security setting issue but I cannot see how to change.

I am the only user of a standalone pc but whern I try to (re) install MS
Office XP Pro, I cannot change the location of where its to be loaded as the
Install to is greyed out.

Can someone please assist.

Was this copy pre-installed by the original equipment manufacturer?
