Install Visio 2002 to the Windows Server 2003

Hi,

We have a .Net 1.0 /Biztalk 2002 application that requires Visio 2002 on the
Biztalk server(W2K SP4). Currently, we're in the process of upgrading that
application to .Net 1.1 and upgrading the Biztalk server to Windows Server
2003. We will not update the Biztalk to 2004 just yet. It means, that
applciation will still require the Visio 2002 installed on that server. Can I
install (and get it to work) the Visio 2002 on the Windows Server 2003? Can I
install that version evern if we have MS Office 2003 installed on it?
